#2, we had clearly visible pool wristbands for hotel quests, we went to the elevator for our rooms from the casino and a guard rudely asked where we were going and made us show the room key and THEN asked what floor we were on! WTH? I paid good money to stay there and that’s how we get treated? There was an older lady walking behind us and he didn’t question her at all. I came here to get away from my own kids, lol. Problem was the kids, why are kids in an adult pool in a casino? They were loud and squinting water guns at each other and when I went to the other side of the pool, they migrated over there. Here’s where I had a few problems, #1 was the pool, now this pool is beautiful and spacious and it has a bar and grill.
The slots were loose, ( I won $400) housekeeping and front desk were friendly. This Casino Hotel was great, I got early check in, the room was nice ( I don’t know why they have only double beds in the Queen rooms) the food was good and reasonable, everything was clean.
